What To Expect?
As you’re transported into the world of The Polar Express™, see inside Hero Boy’s bedroom. Can you spot items like those in the film?
Pre-show entertainment will be taking place before you travel with the opportunity for you to get a bite to eat or a refreshing drink.

Iconic scenes from the film come to life on your journey to the North Pole. Enjoy a delicious cookie and comforting hot chocolate served in a Polar Express™ cup. Premium customers get to take a ceramic mug home as a memento. The Conductor will keep you safe and entertained on your adventure, steaming to the North Pole and, of course, punch your Golden Tickets. He’s stern and witty in the same breath; expert at keeping parents and children in order. Our kind and helpful Chefs will entertain you every step of the way. Listen to the story of The Polar Express™ as the Chefs present the giant book. Join in as elements from the story spring to life and the action unfolds onboard.

Arriving at the North Pole in clouds of steam; spot the red-brick Elf factory, the clock tower, reindeer, the giant tree festooned with golden lights and…..the Big Man, Mr C, on his magnificent sleigh! Santa will climb aboard the Polar Express, with his mischievous Elves, to greet you and present “The First Gift of Christmas”, your Silver Sleigh Bell. Check your pockets for holes.

Join in as the Chefs lead festive carols as you steam back towards the station. On arrival, the magic continues as you explore the Christmas Workshop. Write a letter to Santa, pass through the Naughty or Nice Scanner, spot iconic items from the film including The Famous Hot Chocolate Machine. Have a photo taken beside the Polar Express and take home lasting memories of your magical experience.

Ticket Types & What's Included
There are two classes of travel, standard and premium. Premium class passengers will each receive the special limited edition ceramic POLAR EXPRESS™ mug and a POLAR EXPRESS™ bag for each pair of seats. 

All passengers will enjoy the same level of performance in both our Standard and Premium class carriages, getting to spend time with Santa and receive a Silver Sleigh Bell from Santa – the first gift of Christmas. Premium passengers will see that Santa will spend a longer time in the carriage.

Standard and premium services are on different coaches, thus customers for each service will be seated in different coaches depending on the ticket type that has been purchased.
