Top Level Snooker Returns To Telford In 2024 With The Players Championship
The Players Championship is the second event in the Players Series. Only the top 16 on the one-year ranking list earn a place in the field. The tournament was first staged in 2011 as the Players Tour Championship Grand Finals, then evolved into the Players Championship in 2017. Shaun Murphy lifted the trophy in 2023, beating Ali Carter in the final. In 2024, the event moves to the Telford International Centre for the first time. It will run from February 19 to 25 and tickets from just £25 are still available
