Located in the heart of the UK close to major road and rail networks and international airports, we're very easy to get to. 

By road 

The M54 links Shropshire to the M6, where the toll road bypasses Birmingham. Other major roads serving the county include the A49, A41 and A5.

Located in the heart of England, 3 hours drive of 70% of the UK population and with 2 international airports, extensive motorway access and intercity rail Shropshire is perfectly connected.

By train

Telford Town Centre can be easily accessed from Telford Central train station. There are two direct trains per day between Wellington, Telford central and London Euston operated by Virgin Trains.

The walking time from Telford Central to Telford Town Centre is approximately 10 minutes, taxis are also readily available, local firms include:

The Telford Central service also stops on route at Oakengates and Wellington before heading to Shrewsbury. Regular trains to Wolverhampton and Birmingham are also served from our local stations using the main intercity UK network serving London stations. 

West Midlands Railway run direct trains to Birmingham, while Arriva Trains Wales operates direct services to destinations including Manchester and Cardiff.

By air

By bus 

Travelling further afield? National Express run regular services of from Telford Bus Station making getting from A to B pain free. Telford is served by an excellent range of bus services which all stop at Telford Bus Station. Telford Town Centre is approximately 5 minutes walk from the bus station via Telford Shopping Centre. To plan your journey and get detailed routes and timetables visit Arriva.

By bike

Telford has many a cycling route to enjoy including those on the Sustrans National Cycling Network routes 45 (Chester to Salisbury), 55 (Ironbridge to Preston), 81 (Aberystwyth to Wolverhampton) and 552 meaning that visiting our borough towns and neighboring locations couldn’t be easier to get to.
