The views of local residents really do matter to the Council, would you like to have your say?
As a member of the Community Panel you will be asked to complete up to four surveys a year. You can complete them by post or online. After that you can choose to take part in any of these activities depending on how much time you have to give;
• Discussion groups
• Online discussions
• Mystery Customers
• Research activities
We ask Community Panel members to complete membership forms to tell us how they would like to be involved and what kinds of issues interest them. The membership form gives you more information on the ways that you can be involved.
Community Panel members are not given training to complete surveys or attend discussion groups. Panel members who become mystery customers are given training and people who choose to take part in research activities may also be given training if it is necessary.
